We provide independent China sourcing and procurement coordination. This is not the original brand website or an authorized distributor. Supplier capabilities, certificates and project compliance must be verified for each request.
For a useful first comparison, specify whether you prefer volumetric modules or panelized construction, and explain which constraints are fixed. A destination with limited road access can change the practical module width and lifting method. A site with severe wind or snow exposure requires a design basis supplied by the responsible project engineer. If your team has not yet established those figures, tell us which items remain open so a supplier can label its offer preliminary rather than present assumptions as confirmed performance.
Please also identify who will arrange local foundations, utility connections, installation labor and permit review. These responsibilities often sit outside the building shell quote. Keeping them visible avoids a low initial price masking later scope gaps. We use the information to request comparable responses; we do not issue local approvals or certify a supplier for a project.
Prepare a useful RFQ
Please include intended use, occupancy, dimensions, storeys, quantity, deployment country, wind and snow criteria, interior fitout, required delivery window and destination port. If a local design professional has established a structural or fire basis, attach a reference to that scope in your message.
We can coordinate samples and inspection checkpoints with the selected supplier. The supplier remains responsible for manufacturing and product documents, while relevant professionals assess local compliance.
