We retain records for the period needed to handle inquiries, contractual follow up and applicable record obligations. Contact us to request correction or deletion where appropriate. Security measures are applied to reduce unauthorized access, while no internet transmission can be guaranteed risk free. If your project files contain confidential commercial data, ask for an agreed transfer channel before sending them. We will limit internal access to the people needed for sourcing coordination.

Supplier communication

When your inquiry calls for supplier matching, we share only the technical and commercial details reasonably needed to request a response. We ask prospective suppliers to use the brief for that inquiry. If you do not want a drawing or other information circulated, tell us before submission and provide a version suitable for a preliminary request.

Inquiries may involve parties in different countries because supplier matching and export coordination are cross border activities. Your destination information helps us assess the requested shipping and compliance scope. If you ask to stop an inquiry, we will stop further voluntary supplier outreach and handle existing records according to applicable obligations and the needs of any active agreement.
