Terms of Service
These terms describe inquiries submitted through the Mobile Modular independent sourcing website.
Scope of coordination
We help buyers prepare sourcing briefs, identify potential suppliers, compare quotations, coordinate samples and inspections when agreed, and track export documentation. A quotation, inspection plan or supplier introduction is subject to a separate written scope before any commercial commitment. The selected supplier manufactures and supplies the product under its own agreement with the buyer.
Technical responsibility
Buyer requirements, local code interpretation, engineering sign off, permit applications and installation approval are the responsibility of the buyer, selected supplier and qualified local professionals as allocated in their contract. We may coordinate document requests but do not certify any building for a particular jurisdiction. Supplier capability and certifications require project specific verification.
Information and changes
Provide accurate project information and notify us of changes to destination, dimensions, quantity, design loads or delivery date. Supplier quotations may change when scope, material prices, freight, duties or regulatory requirements change. No delivery commitment is created by browsing this site. Before payment, the parties should identify the contracting seller, payment milestones, inspection access, warranty terms, destination charges and the documents that will be delivered with the building.
Quotation and document review
Quotations may be based on supplier assumptions when the buyer has not provided final design criteria. A buyer should review exclusions, drawing revision, material schedule, testing scope, delivery term and tax treatment before acceptance. Any sample or inspection coordination must be defined in a separate written arrangement, including the checkpoint, responsible party and reporting method. A preliminary comparison is an aid to evaluation and does not form a product warranty.
Information on this site is general procurement guidance. It is not engineering, legal or regulatory advice. The buyer should obtain the relevant professional review for its destination and application, including requirements that differ between temporary and permanent buildings.
