01 / design load matrix
Location, intended life, occupancy, storeys, site exposure and the governing wind, snow and seismic criteria. They confirm foundation conditions, access and approval pathway with local qualified parties. A quotation without this basis can only be treated as preliminary.
The selected supplier should identify the structural system, design assumptions, member grades, load path, bracing, connection details and foundation reactions. Revisions must be controlled so procurement, fabrication and installation use the same approved drawing set.
We organize these requests as a matrix so omissions are visible. We can coordinate questions between buyer and supplier, but project calculations and professional sign off remain with the responsible designers. Local acceptance cannot be promised from a generic catalog statement.
02 / material and assembly
Request steel grade, section schedule, weld procedure and inspection criteria where welding applies. For bolted systems, record fastener grade, connection details and coating repair method. Galvanized coating mass or thickness should match the corrosion environment specified for the project.
Ask for panel core, thickness, density, U-value and thermal bridge detail. Distinguish material values from complete assembly values. At doors, windows and module joints, installation details can materially change the result.
Fire performance claims must identify the tested assembly and report scope. A panel core designation does not prove the full wall, junction and penetration system. The selected supplier and relevant professionals must verify requirements in the destination jurisdiction.

Documents are available on request from suitable shortlisted suppliers. We do not imply that a generic file or certificate already exists for every product. Version date, issuer and applicability should be checked before reliance.
